Implementation Ideas:

1. Implement basic ball movement mechanics (Speed, Initial Location)
2. Implement ball-to-paddle collision logic
3. Implement ball-to-wall collision logic
4. Implement ball-to-brick collision logic
5. Implement ball-to-border collision logic (Could be the same as wall)
6. Implement game over conditions (Ball falls below the paddle)
